Certification
We have extensive experience in providing accurate, on-time documentation and certification, both for container and bulk shipments. Our certificates are issued electronically via email in PDF format. Security is of the utmost importance so certificates are encrypted.
For our regular clients, we are now offering electronically issued web documents (Web Docs), accessed via our Client Log In area.

Electronic certificates
We offer two solutions for delivery of electronic documents.
- Encrypted documents via email
The advantage of receiving documents electronically;
- They are received Immediately
- Having amendments made to final docs can be done the same day instead of losing a day in the post
- Documents look as good as hard copy originals and are now accepted as industry standard
- Security; documents are encrypted so that they cannot be modified
or changed
- Delivery of electronic documents is direct to the receiver
Clients are able to log into their own secure area on our website. From there documents will be waiting to be downloaded and printed in colour. The benefit of using Web Docs is they are more secure, taking emailing out of the delivery process.
How do Web Docs work?
Within the clients log in area clients have the ability to see documents that are ready to be downloaded and printed
- When you register for Web Docs you will be provided with a username and password
- Log in using your user name and password to view documents that have been uploaded by CIS
- Double click to download and print
